Ultra strong, water soluble, film stabilizer by Madeira provides a stable foundation for hoop-less embroidery, as well as a firm base for embroidering dense patterns. Avalon Ultra may also be used to as a topping stabilizer on terry cloth, fleece and other fabrics that are napped. You can hoop this water soluble film and sew on it directly to create lacework.
