Create Professional Double Welting and Decorative Trim
The PFAFF® Twin Welting Foot makes it quick and easy to create your own double welt cording for pillows, cushions, upholstery and other home décor projects. Designed for larger cording sizes, it can also be used to cover raw upholstery edges for a professional finish.

How to Use
- Cut bias strips wide enough to wrap around both cords with a seam allowance.
- Place the two cords side by side on the wrong side of the bias strip and wrap the fabric around them.
- Position the covered cords under the presser foot, with the right cord under the left groove and the raw edges to the right.
- Select a straight stitch, center the needle and set the stitch length to 3.
- Keep the cords against the fold as you sew.
- Trim the fabric close to the seam and press the seam allowance to the left.
- Wrap the excess fabric around to the center back of the cord.
- Place the covered double welt under both grooves of the presser foot and sew it onto your project.
