PFAFF® Fusible Whisper Web Mesh Stabilizer – 12" x 10 Yards

Lightweight Iron-On Cut-Away Stabilizer with a Soft, No-Show Finish

PFAFF® Fusible Whisper Web Mesh is a semi-sheer, textured polyester stabilizer designed to provide permanent support without adding the bulk, stiffness, or show-through often associated with traditional cut-away stabilizers. It is ideal for garments, stretch fabrics, and projects where the embroidery backing will be close to the skin.

The fusible backing is applied to the wrong side of the fabric before hooping, helping prevent distortion during the hooping process. No spray adhesive or glue is required.

How to Use

Cut a piece large enough for the selected hoop, allowing at least 1" extra on all four sides.
Place the shiny, fusible side against the wrong side of the fabric in the embroidery area.
Using an iron set between medium and high heat, or the appropriate temperature for the fabric, press the stabilizer in place.
Allow the stabilizer to cool and position the fabric and stabilizer in the hoop.
Hoop without pulling or stretching the fabric.
For higher stitch count designs, add a second layer of Whisper Web Mesh or a light tear-away stabilizer if needed.
Stitch the embroidery design.
Trim away the excess stabilizer, leaving approximately ¼" around the outside edge of the embroidery.
Follow the fabric manufacturer's recommendations for washing, dry cleaning, and pressing.
