1/4" Pivot Guides & Clear Visibility

The PFAFF® Clear 1/4" Quilting Foot is ideal for piecing quilt blocks and joining fabric with precision. Its clear design provides an unobstructed view of your stitching, while the marked guides make it easy to sew accurate 1/8", 1/4", and 3/8" seam allowances. Red pivot markings help you make precise 1/4" turns when piecing quilt blocks.

How to Use

1. Place two pieces of fabric right sides together.
2. Select a straight stitch with a stitch length of 2.5 mm.
3. Engage the IDT™ System.
4. Place the fabric under the presser foot.
5. Guide the fabric according to the desired seam allowance:
   • 1/8" seam: Guide the fabric along the inner edge of the toe.
   • 1/4" seam: Guide the fabric along the outer edge of the toe.
   • 3/8" seam: Guide the fabric along the outer edge of the foot.
6. To pivot 1/4" from the end of the fabric, stop sewing when the fabric edge reaches the first red marking on the foot.
