Perfect Appliqué & Satin Stitching

The PFAFF® Appliqué Foot is designed for creating beautiful, precise appliqués with a narrow, dense satin stitch. The short toes provide excellent visibility around the needle area, making it easier to guide your fabric smoothly around curves and corners.

This versatile foot can also be used for decorative techniques such as shirring over crochet cotton, sewing rows of twin-needle cording and creating fanciful appliqués with the hand-look appliqué stitch. A great choice for quilting, appliqué and decorative sewing projects.

How to Use

1. Snap on the Appliqué Foot.
2. Select a zigzag stitch.
3. Decrease the stitch length to create a dense satin stitch.
4. Place stabilizer underneath the appliqué area and stitch over the edges to help prevent fraying.
5. Use the needle-down position, if available, for smoother corners and curves.
