1/4" Guide Makes Precision Easy

Achieve accurate, consistent 1/4" seams with the PFAFF® 1/4" Right Guide Foot. Designed for piecing and quilting, the built-in right-side guide makes it easy to keep your fabric aligned as you sew, helping you create precise seams every time.

The foot can also be used for 1/4" topstitching, making it a versatile choice for quilting, garments and home décor projects. Simply guide the edge of your fabric along the right guide for a consistent 1/4" stitching distance.

For Piecing

Snap on the 1/4" Right Guide Foot, engage the IDT™ system and select a straight stitch. Place your fabric right sides together and guide the fabric edge along the right-side guide while sewing.

For Topstitching

Use the right guide to maintain a precise 1/4" distance from the edge of your quilt block or fabric. Compatible stitches include a straight stitch, triple straight stitch and hand-look straight stitch quilting stitch.

Note

When using a 1/4" Right Guide Foot with the IDT™ system on machines with a manual presser foot lift, do not raise the presser foot to the extra-high position. This may cause the needle holder to touch the guide. When pivoting with the needle in the down position, lift the presser foot only as much as necessary so the fabric can turn freely.
