How to Use

Prepare Your Appliqué: Cut your appliqué pieces to shape without seam allowances. For fabrics that fray easily, use a template to press the seam allowances under.

Position Your Design: Apply paper-backed fusible web to the appliqué fabric, remove the paper backing and press the appliqué into position on your base fabric.

Attach the Foot: Attach the Open-Toe Appliqué Foot, engaging the IDT™ System if your machine and foot are equipped for it.

Select Your Stitch: Choose a suitable appliqué or decorative stitch, such as a blanket stitch or satin stitch.

Guide Your Fabric: Follow the edge of your appliqué along the inner right edge of the foot to maintain even stitching.

Adjust as Needed: Use your machine's pattern mirror function when necessary to position the stitch correctly along the appliqué edge.
