Key Features

Digital Feed Mechanism
The world’s first vertically and horizontally driven digital feed system allows precise adjustment of feed dog height and movement to suit each material. Seam quality and stitch consistency are improved, while shorter thread trimming reduces waste and finish irregularities.

Active Presser Foot Pressure Control
The electronically controlled presser foot pressure automatically adjusts to fabric thickness. In manual mode, pressure can also be changed easily using the hand switch—ideal for multi-layered seams.

Digitally Controlled Needle Thread Tension
Needle thread tension is fully digital and can be set directly from the operation panel. Tension settings are stored in memory and can be recalled instantly for repeat jobs, minimizing setup time and operator adjustment.

Needle Thread Clamp
Automatically holds and positions the needle thread under the material at the beginning of sewing to prevent thread tangling on the underside. Provides a clean, professional stitch start every time.

IoT Connectivity and Data Management
Machine settings and sewing data can be transferred to an Android tablet or USB device. This makes it easy to copy settings between machines, monitor performance, and update software. Ensures consistent quality and reduces setup time across production lines.

Energy-efficient Direct-drive Motor
Equipped with a compact 400W AC servomotor directly connected to the main shaft. The direct-drive system reduces vibration, noise, and energy use while improving responsiveness and precision.

LED Illumination
