Witchy Wanda is approx 24" tall including her hat, and sits 15". Freaky Frank is the same height and sits 12". Both have a stuffed head and body with fabric yo-yos strung together for arms and legs. Lower bodies are weighted with plastic pellets to make them sit easily. Clover's round Quick Yo-Yo Makers were used for creating yo-yos. Includes instructions and circle pattern pieces to make yo-yos without a yo-yo maker.
