The Ruler Revolution 3 x 3 Snowball ruler (not included with pattern) is used to make this dazzling design. Dark tone-on-tone fabrics are snowballed on two opposite corners with black fabric. Black fabric is also snowballed on two corners with the dark tone-on-tone fabrics. Bonus half-square triangles are cut from the snowballed blocks and arranged to give the appearance of stripes in the quilt border.
