Serger Project Class: Carry-All Bag
Serger Project Class: Carry-All Bag
Have you taken Serger Classes 1, 2, and 3, or even worked your way through Levels 1–5, but feel like you’ve learned techniques you haven’t fully used yet? This class is the perfect way to bring those skills to life.
In this project-based class, you’ll create a beautiful and functional carry-all bag while putting your serger knowledge into practice. It’s a fun and rewarding way to reinforce what you’ve learned and see how those techniques come together in a real project. Whether you keep it for yourself or gift it, this bag is both practical and impressive.
Techniques you’ll practice:
- Pin tucks using rolled hem
- Rouching using gathering techniques
- 3-thread flatlocking
- Turning and constructing ties
- Attaching binding with fusible thread
This class is all about confidence, creativity, and making something you’ll actually use, turning your serger skills into something tangible.
Machine Requirement: 4-thread serger
✨ A fantastic way to finally use the techniques you’ve learned and turn them into a finished project!
