Chemical Free: Arctic Cotton Natural fiber is mechanically cleaned, without the use of any harsh chemicals.
Fibers Stay Inside Your Quilt: Arctic Cotton Natural fibers stay inside your quilt. Our needle-punch technology enables us to avoid the use of any binders or resins, Arctic Cotton Blend will not shift or shed through the cover of your quilt.
Stitch up to 10" Apart: Arctic Cotton Blend is created with an ultralight and super strong substrate, so your quilt will outlast years and years of repeated use and washings - even when you use stitches that are a full 10" apart.
Authentic Hand Sewn Look: Arctic Cotton Natural is easy to hand stitch, and will leave you with an authentic hand sewn look, even if you're a machine quilter. The first time you wash Arctic Cotton Natural, you can expect 3% shrinkage. If you are not interested in shrinkage after your project is completed, please follow the easy "Pr-Shrink" instructions below.
Pre-Shrink Instructions:
- Pre-shrink by hand soaking in warm water for 15 minutes. Do not machine wash, spin dry or wring mechanically.
- Dry by rolling and squeezing in a dry towel.
- Allow to dry flat or in a dryer with a cool gentle setting
