See something you want, but it's not available at your location? No problem! We are now offering store transfers to the location of your choosing.
How to do a store transfer:
- Select any item that you would like to order for pickup. Please keep in mind that if you are wanting to pickup products that are currently stocked in 2 different locations, you will need to make 2 separate orders.
- On the cart page in the Order Note box, please specify that you would like your order transferred and the location you'd like it transferred to.
- Complete the normal checkout, by selecting "Pick up" at checkout and choosing the location that the product is available at.
- We will review your order, and initiate a store transfer. Please allow up to 7 days for store transfers to complete. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up.

NOTE: Elna & Babylock machines can only be picked up at Countryfolk or Toms Sewing. Singer machines can only be picked up at Burnaby Sewing Centre or Tom's Sewing.
