Store Transfers

See something you want, but it's not available at your location? No problem! We are now offering store transfers to the location of your choosing.

How to do a store transfer:

  

  1. Select any item that you would like to order for pickup. Please keep in mind that if you are wanting to pickup products that are currently stocked in 2 different locations, you will need to make 2 separate orders.

  2. On the cart page in the Order Note box, please specify that you would like your order transferred and the location you'd like it transferred to. 
  3. Complete the normal checkout, by selecting "Pick up" at checkout and choosing the location that the product is available at.

  4. We will review your order, and initiate a store transfer. Please allow up to 7 days for store transfers to complete. We will email you when your order is ready for pick up.

NOTE: Elna & Babylock machines can only be picked up at Countryfolk or Toms Sewing. Singer & Janome machines can only be picked up at Burnaby Sewing Centre or Tom's Sewing.
