Shout Hooray – Pillow to Wall Hanging (Surrey In-Person)
This project is a great idea....we are just going to expand its use. If you haven’t already taken a look at this pillow, its all about celebrating anything and everything. The project contains a Velcro strip that allows you to change out saying as the year progresses – making it totally customizable. So what are we going to do in class…. 1st we will cover the different blocks – making sure you know how to stitch them out, 2nd - we will look at how to finish off as a wall hanging, making it more flexible where you can put this up, and 3rd we will look at how to expand the pre-made sayings to be even more personalized.
Difference between classes –(please take note of which one you want before signing up)
In-person class we will get some sewing done. This class is best for someone new to machine embroidery or their machine. (also for those who want to sew with friends). Basic sewing skills are required.
Zoom class – set more for those who are more experienced and just need the highlights.
In-person Surrey – Friday May 5th 10am to 2pm
Zoom – Thursday May 4th 6:30pm to 8:30 pm
